Beaumont-Wilshire Neighborhood

Northeast Portland's Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood shares its borders with Alameda, Concordia, Cully, Rose City Park, and Grant Park. Beaumont Village, the community's commercial core, is located on NE Fremont Street from 33rd Ave. to NE 50th Ave. The neighborhood is very close to Hollywood District to the south, which is another often-used commercial and shopping area for the residents of Beaumont-Wilshire.

Beaumont-Wilshire is an older and well-established district. The neighborhood is comprised of two separate communities, Beaumont to the south of NE Fremont St., and Wilshire to the north. Both have quiet residential streets with lots of trees. Charming Tudor, Craftsman, and Bungalow style homes dot the area. Wilshire Park sits on the northeast border, a 14.40-acre park that includes a picnic area, off-leash dog area, soccer field, softball field, and volleyball court.
