Multnomah Neighborhood Info
Multnomah is a neighborhood in Southwest Portland, including the business district in the center called Multnomah Village. The neighborhood borders Maplewood, Ashcreek, and Crestwood on the west, Hayhurst and Hillsdale to the north, South Burlingame, Markham, and West Portland Park south and east.
Multnomah's neighborhood is charming with a small-town feel, especially in Multnomah Village, where you will find streets lined with unique antique and craft stores, cafes, and art galleries. The Multnomah Community Center is a popular neighborhood gathering place, where locals come to share a strong sense of community.
Multnomah Days is an annual neighborhood street fair that takes place in the summer in Multnomah Village. At the street fair, approximately 120 vendors line up their booths along Capital Highway. The fair features parades showcasing classic cars, marching bands, and clowns, but it all starts with Head of the Pack Pooch Parade in the morning when dogs and their owners walk together.
